About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Lead and manage the day-to-day activities of team consisting of Team Leaders, Financial Advisors, Client Service representatives, and Operations staff
- Create a culture of growth, ensuring that relationship deepening is being properly executed and that business objectives are being met
- Diagnose team performance and gaps to develop action plans to drive productivity
- Develop and implement a consistent sales process for all team members
- Drive client management and relationship deepening routines
- Manage all service-like aspects of the business to ensure things run smoothly and client needs are met
- Supervise the investment and relationship deepening process and ensure coordination and adherence to policies and procedures
Requirements
What you’ll need- Active FINRA licenses: Series 7, 66, and 9/10
- Minimum 5+ years of experience in financial services
- Strong wealth management industry and investment knowledge
- At least 4+ years of experience in sales leadership
- 5+ years’ experience with CRM systems, SLA management, and opportunity segmentation
