About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Develop and deliver executive-level reports and presentations for the Management Committee
- Establish and maintain effective management and reporting routines
- Coordinate the execution of strategic initiatives and department-wide deliverables
- Collaborate with the Group Managing Director and LPC senior leadership team to define department goals
- Oversee the LPC Leadership Team’s operating rhythm
- Manage governance of the department’s goals
Requirements
What you’ll need- Minimum of 10 years of experience, ideally within the legal or financial services sectors
- Proven track record in a prior Chief of Staff role, large-scale project management, corporate strategy, or similar leadership positions
- Experience with analytics and reporting expertise
- Juris Doctor or experience supporting a corporate legal function preferred
