About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Analyze data to help develop strategic recommendations
  • Lead cross-functional working groups to drive outcomes on key strategic initiatives
  • Act as a project manager across multiple workstreams to ensure that projects are advancing on schedule
  • Support strategic initiatives that address key opportunities LPL is facing
  • Bring together market research, data analysis, and cross-functional team support to build business cases and draft strategic recommendations
  • Translate our strategy into action plans leveraging an agile development method
  • Build strong relationships with internal business partners to develop innovative solutions and new offerings
  • Effectively leverage data, voice of the client, and competitive intelligence to support story-telling

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • 3+ years of experience in management consulting, corporate strategy, or program & project management
  • Experience in the financial services / wealth management industry
  • Willingness and ability to travel, as needed (<10%)
