Business Development (BD) interns help build the bridge with advisors seeking greater control over their professional and personal life and the recruitment team.
Responsible for driving lead flow into our recruitment teams in order to increase sales.
Obtain exposure to systems, databases, and other applications used by the company on a daily basis.
Participate in process walkthroughs in accordance with department and professional standards.
Work in a fast-paced environment with opportunities to interact with team management and other business units’ management.
Practice project management through handling various assignments and projects.
Expand knowledge through training and other online courses and participate in summer programming events to experience company culture.
Requirements
Currently enrolled in an Undergraduate degree program with an expected graduation date of December 2027 or May 2027
Interest in the Sales/ Business Development industry
Offer is contingent upon successful background screening
Agreement to be local to the Fort Mill/Charlotte, Austin, Boston and San Diego office - Selected candidates will operate out of the office working on a hybrid schedule (2-3 days in office)
Organization and strong communication skills (verbal and written)
Proficiency with Microsoft Office products (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and Outlook) and Salesforce (CRM)
Goal-oriented mindset with an eagerness to learn
Full-time availability for the 10-week summer program (Monday through Friday, 40 hours/week)
