About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Develop, manage, and advance a robust pipeline of affiliation conversion opportunities.
- Lead strategic, consultative engagements with advisors to understand business objectives and guide evaluation of affiliation models best aligned to their goals.
- Maintain specialized expertise regarding LPL’s affiliation models, including existing capabilities and the roadmap for future development.
- Build strong relationships and partner cross-functionally with internal business partners to develop innovative solutions to meet advisor needs.
- Support strategic initiatives to drive affiliation opportunities and related program management deliverables.
Requirements
What you’ll need- Bachelor’s degree
- Minimum 5 years of experience in an independent broker-dealer setting, demonstrating deep understanding of advisor affiliation models
- 5+ years’ experience with Salesforce and Microsoft Office products
- Highly motivated and resilient by achieving sales targets consistently
- Strong communication skills with the ability to effectively engage leaders, advisors, and internal partners
- Excellent oral and written communication skills
