Key responsibilities & impact

Develop, manage, and advance a robust pipeline of affiliation conversion opportunities.
Lead strategic, consultative engagements with advisors to understand business objectives and guide evaluation of affiliation models best aligned to their goals.
Maintain specialized expertise regarding LPL’s affiliation models, including existing capabilities and the roadmap for future development.
Build strong relationships and partner cross-functionally with internal business partners to develop innovative solutions to meet advisor needs.
Support strategic initiatives to drive affiliation opportunities and related program management deliverables.

What you’ll need

Bachelor’s degree
Minimum 5 years of experience in an independent broker-dealer setting, demonstrating deep understanding of advisor affiliation models
5+ years’ experience with Salesforce and Microsoft Office products
Highly motivated and resilient by achieving sales targets consistently
Strong communication skills with the ability to effectively engage leaders, advisors, and internal partners
Excellent oral and written communication skills
