Requirements
- 10+ years of leadership experience partnering with technology and product organizations within financial services (ideally wealth management)
- Experience driving AI adoption and large‑scale change initiatives
- Experience leading execution across complex, multi‑year transformation portfolios with multiple stakeholders and interdependencies
- Experience leading process re‑engineering and operating model redesign, including simplification, automation, and elimination of inefficiencies across technology and product organizations
