Key responsibilities & impact

Facilitate Data-Driven Thinking – partner with HR and business stakeholders to understand their workforce-related priorities
Lead Deep Dive Analyses – manipulate, integrate and transform data through a variety of tools to determine trends or address hypotheses
Develop Influential Visuals and Stories – effectively translate data collection methodologies and analytical results into stories and presentations
Foster Continuous Improvement – stay current on analytical trends and related research
Manage Special Projects and Ad Hoc Requests – provide support as needed to data requests and custom needs

Requirements

What you’ll need

5+ years’ experience in People Analytics, HR Analytics, Business Intelligence or related consulting role
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience
Strong consulting, relationship building, influencing and collaboration skills
Strong problem-solving skills with ability to troubleshoot across multiple functional areas
Advanced to expert knowledge of the Microsoft Office product suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
Ability to maintain confidentiality when working with confidential HR and proprietary data
Ability to conduct analyses (incorporating data from multiple sources) to identify patterns and trends
Ability to tell compelling stories with data
Understanding of Human Resource concepts such as recruitment, onboarding, compensation, talent management, etc.
Customer service and problem solving mindset
Effective verbal and written communication skills with comfort presenting to management.
