About the role

  • Facilitate Data-Driven Thinking – partner with HR and business stakeholders to understand their workforce-related priorities
  • Lead Deep Dive Analyses – manipulate, integrate and transform data through a variety of tools to determine trends or address hypotheses
  • Develop Influential Visuals and Stories – effectively translate data collection methodologies and analytical results into stories and presentations
  • Foster Continuous Improvement – stay current on analytical trends and related research
  • Manage Special Projects and Ad Hoc Requests – provide support as needed to data requests and custom needs

Requirements

  • 5+ years’ experience in People Analytics, HR Analytics, Business Intelligence or related consulting role
  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience
  • Strong consulting, relationship building, influencing and collaboration skills
  • Strong problem-solving skills with ability to troubleshoot across multiple functional areas
  • Advanced to expert knowledge of the Microsoft Office product suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality when working with confidential HR and proprietary data
  • Ability to conduct analyses (incorporating data from multiple sources) to identify patterns and trends
  • Ability to tell compelling stories with data
  • Understanding of Human Resource concepts such as recruitment, onboarding, compensation, talent management, etc.
  • Customer service and problem solving mindset
  • Effective verbal and written communication skills with comfort presenting to management.
