About the role

  • Serve as primary relationship owner for a portfolio of strategic technology partners
  • Manage day-to-day partnership operations while identifying opportunities to streamline workflows
  • Own and operationalize the new partnership pipeline
  • Track, analyze, and report financial, adoption, and performance metrics across vendor partnerships
  • Partner closely with internal stakeholders across product, growth, technology, marketing, and operations
  • Build and maintain relationships within the emerging technology ecosystem

Requirements

  • 3+ years of experience within Financial services or wealth management technology or strategic partnerships
  • Demonstrated experience working directly with external partners and internal cross-functional teams
  • Strong sense of ownership, accountability, and follow-through
  • Highly analytical, with ability to synthesize data and trends into clear recommendations
  • Proven project management skills
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Advanced proficiency with Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint
