About the role
- Own and govern the Wealth Management messaging framework
- Translate business strategy into advisor-facing commercial narratives
- Lead messaging playbooks, value propositions, and narratives for product launches and strategic initiatives
- Design and oversee the enterprise’s one-to-many enablement strategy
- Lead vision, direction, and performance of the firm’s webinar strategy
- Own the strategic blueprint for ~75–100 webinars annually
- Serve as executive sponsor for messaging and enablement initiatives
- Partner with Analytics on KPI definition and dashboarding
Requirements
- 12–15+ years of relevant experience with strategic enablement
- 5+ experience leading messaging, sales enablement, or commercial strategy
