About the role

  • Assist in daily oversite and activities related to move money activities
  • Analyze move money activity to identify trends
  • Provide team support with complex questions and/or escalations
  • Collaborate within the team to implement new processes and controls
  • Monitor team and individual team productivity and quality
  • Manage escalated issues in a timely manner
  • Lead and participate in daily huddles
  • Foster a positive team environment

Requirements

  • 2+ years of experience in Financial Services industry or comparable experience
  • Positive and curious attitude with a willingness to take on difficult and complex situations
  • Strong organizational and critical thinking skills
  • Ability to work with and communicate effectively throughout the organization
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Ability to multi-task in a fast paced environment
  • Time and Priority Management
  • Understanding of IRS rules and regulations related to Retirement Accounts (preferred)
  • Problem Solving and Process Improvement experience (preferred)
  • Securities Industry Essentials (SIE) Certification (preferred)
  • Bachelor’s degree; preferably in business, accounting, or finance (preferred)
