About the role
- Assist in daily oversite and activities related to move money activities
- Analyze move money activity to identify trends
- Provide team support with complex questions and/or escalations
- Collaborate within the team to implement new processes and controls
- Monitor team and individual team productivity and quality
- Manage escalated issues in a timely manner
- Lead and participate in daily huddles
- Foster a positive team environment
Requirements
- 2+ years of experience in Financial Services industry or comparable experience
- Positive and curious attitude with a willingness to take on difficult and complex situations
- Strong organizational and critical thinking skills
- Ability to work with and communicate effectively throughout the organization
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to multi-task in a fast paced environment
- Time and Priority Management
- Understanding of IRS rules and regulations related to Retirement Accounts (preferred)
- Problem Solving and Process Improvement experience (preferred)
- Securities Industry Essentials (SIE) Certification (preferred)
- Bachelor’s degree; preferably in business, accounting, or finance (preferred)
