Act as a mentor and lead on a cross-functional team that includes business analysis and engineering
Ensure all engineering designs and model architecture align with enterprise standards
Work across business, product and technical teams to deliver solutions that drive commercial impact

Requirements

Minimum of 15 years of professional SDLC experience in a diverse set of technology disciplines
Minimum of 10 years in a technical management capacity in an enterprise with a high-performing technical team
Minimum of 5 years of financial services/brokerage firm experience
Minimum of 4 years working with and managing remote teams (onshore & offshore), including vendor relationships
Experience with object-oriented Principles in a common OOP language framework such as C# / .Net Core
Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science or Engineering
AWS Professional Architect certification is highly desirable
