About the role

  • Guide the team’s development efforts towards successful project delivery and application support
  • Design, develop, test and implement technical solutions
  • Provide technical leadership to teammates
  • Collaborate with other Development teams, Enterprise Architecture and Support teams
  • Assess opportunities for application and process improvements
  • Maintain, troubleshoot, optimize and enhance existing systems
  • Communicate with technical and non-technical groups on a regular basis

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in computer science or equivalent
  • 5+ years of experience in a Lead capacity
  • 10+ years of hands-on experience on .NET & C#
  • 7+ years of experience in hands-on design and implementation of complex systems
  • 5+ years’ experience with AWS serverless application architecture
  • 5+ years of experience with AWS end-to-end cloud development
  • Good troubleshooting skills
  • Experience using Agile & Waterfall methodologies
  • Object Oriented Programming and design experience (preferred)
