About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Responsible leadership and mandate for the commercial management of a complex real estate portfolio
Development, design and implementation of optimized property-management processes and controlling structures at portfolio level
Ensuring modern, transparent rent management, including new lease execution, rent adjustments and amendment management
Preparation and management of owner reports and budgets (Wirtschaftspläne)
Proactive preparation of inventory analyses, profitability assessments and proposals to sustainably improve performance
Management of payment transactions and responsibility for compliance in tenancy and contract matters
Advising the owners and contributing to the development of the asset strategy

Requirements

What you’ll need

Completed university degree (e.g., Real Estate Management, Business Administration, Business Law) or completed vocational training
Several years of confident leadership of commercial real estate or property-management portfolios
Expert in reporting and control systems, and in contract- and tenancy-law due diligence
Experience in building modern controlling and reporting structures
Strong analytical and interpersonal skills, combined with excellent communication abilities
Passion for innovation, digitalization and sustainable real estate development
