Graphic Designer – Working Student

About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Social media content: Visual assets for Instagram, LinkedIn and our website — designs that stop users in the feed and stay memorable.
- Marketing materials: Pitch decks, one-pagers, campaign graphics — everything that advances our brand.
- UX-optimized designs: Landing pages, newsletters, CTAs — clear, user-friendly and performance-focused.
- Brand consistency: You work consistently within our brand guide (logo, colors, typography) and ensure a unified brand identity across all channels.
- Iterative workflow: Feedback is direct and clear — you implement, we test, and we optimize together.
Requirements
What you’ll need- Currently enrolled in a degree program in Graphic Design, Communication Design, Media Design or a related field
- Tool skills: Canva (required), Adobe Photoshop and Illustrator — you know which tool to use when
- Marketing mindset: You understand that design is not an end in itself — impact matters more than pure aesthetics
- Fast learner: Brief in, design out — you work iteratively rather than perfectionistically
- Ownership: You take responsibility for your tasks and contribute proactively
- Portfolio: Show us real work — social media, web design, marketing materials. No concept studies, but projects you actually executed.
