About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Lead, develop, and execute project documentation and contract administration across all phases of assigned projects
Direct technical project delivery from concept design through construction with multidisciplinary designers and engineers
Collaborate with the Project Designer and Project Manager to realize design visions
Oversee schematic design, design development, and construction-document preparation
Conduct quality-control reviews and research appropriate products, materials, and construction methods
Lead construction administration and resolve design intent on-site
Build relationships with clients, consultants, contractors, regulatory authorities, and internal team members
Mentor junior staff through knowledge-sharing, training, and ongoing support

Requirements

What you’ll need

Bachelor's and/or Master's degree in Architecture
10+ years of experience across all phases of architectural projects
Active architecture license in Texas
Proficiency in Revit and other relevant design tools
Deep understanding of building codes, construction techniques, and architectural detailing
Ability to work in a local studio three times per week
Employment eligibility verification through E-Verify
