About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- You independently develop tailored reporting solutions — from functional structuring and data modeling through ETL to high-performance visualizations.
- You work closely with our clients and analyze their requirements.
- You translate complex financial and business logic into clean BI architectures — and implement the solution yourself.
- You act not as a “report implementer” but as a business-technical sparring partner on equal terms.
- What makes this role special: we do not build standard dashboards. Our solutions cover complex multi-entity and financial structures, advanced forecasting and performance logic, customer and cohort analyses, sales-pipeline and receivables-management reports, and cross-functional KPI models.
Requirements
What you’ll need- At least 5 years of experience in Controlling or financial reporting
- Excellent knowledge of Power BI (data modeling, DAX, performance tuning)
- Experience representing complex business structures (e.g., multi-entity, forecasting, consolidation)
- Ability to independently translate functional requirements into technical models
- Understanding of ETL processes and data integration
- Entrepreneurial mindset and a high degree of ownership
- Excellent German language skills
