About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Build and operate the partner program
  • Implement, maintain, and continuously improve our partner management program
  • Develop onboarding processes to get new partners up and running quickly
  • Build a digital partner platform as the central enablement tool
  • Actively acquire and manage partners
  • Proactively reach out to potential partners — via outreach, events, or referrals
  • Conduct initial meetings, present our partner model, and drive prospects to a decision
  • Coordinate partner marketing activities and resources
  • Manage partner relationships to ensure they remain advocates and grow with us
  • Manage internal interfaces
  • Ensure smooth communication between Partner Management, Sales, Marketing, and Customer Success
  • Define processes and, where sensible, automate workflows at internal interfaces
  • Support pilot projects and derive actionable insights for our program

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • You have experience designing and implementing programs involving diverse internal and external stakeholders.
  • Ideally, you have experience in channel management or at a top-tier consulting firm.
  • You think in durable structures that will work not only today but also in the future — while still taking pragmatic, quick first steps.
  • You are communicative, confident, and comfortable proactively approaching people — even when you don't know them yet.
  • You keep an overview amid shifting priorities and work reliably and independently.
  • You are eager to take responsibility, drive topics forward, and grow together with the team.
