About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Support and further development of existing data connections to customer systems (e.g., DATEV, SAP, LucaNet, Microsoft 365, Personio).
Optimization and stabilization of existing ETL pipelines for file- and API-based data imports.
Onboarding new interfaces and structured integration into the existing integration landscape.
Familiarization with external API documentation to efficiently connect new systems.
Evolving existing integrations into scalable, parameterizable standards.
Ensuring clean abstraction and reusability of structures (e.g., dimensions, mapping logic).
Managing authentication processes (e.g., OAuth) and ensuring stable data transfer.
Automating existing data flows and integrating them into setup and deployment processes.
Collaborating with customers and internal teams to implement data structures cleanly.

Requirements

What you’ll need

2–4 years of experience in a BI, data, or integration environment.
Good understanding of data structures and strong SQL skills.
Initial experience with APIs or a strong interest in API integrations.
Ability to read JSON and understand basic REST concepts.
Ideally experience with Power BI or Power Automate.
Structured way of working and a sense for scalable, reusable solutions.
Analytical approach and the ability to recognize patterns.
Clear communication and solid technical understanding.
Very good German skills, both written and spoken.
