About the role

  • You guide our leads from the first outreach through to a successful close.
  • Lead management: Taking over, qualifying, and nurturing leads from our lead machine through to successful completion.
  • New client acquisition: Targeted identification and proactive outreach to potential customers.
  • Conduct initial conversations, discovery calls, product demos, and negotiations.
  • Build and maintain a robust sales pipeline.

Requirements

  • Minimum of 4 years' proven experience in successful B2B software/SaaS sales.
  • Finance knowledge is a significant advantage.
  • Demonstrable track record of sales success.
  • Strong closing orientation combined with persuasiveness, empathy, and a personable demeanor.
  • Experience with CRM systems is required; experience with ActiveCampaign CRM is a plus.
  • Negotiation-level German and very good English skills.
