About the role
- You guide our leads from the first outreach through to a successful close.
- Lead management: Taking over, qualifying, and nurturing leads from our lead machine through to successful completion.
- New client acquisition: Targeted identification and proactive outreach to potential customers.
- Conduct initial conversations, discovery calls, product demos, and negotiations.
- Build and maintain a robust sales pipeline.
Requirements
- Minimum of 4 years' proven experience in successful B2B software/SaaS sales.
- Finance knowledge is a significant advantage.
- Demonstrable track record of sales success.
- Strong closing orientation combined with persuasiveness, empathy, and a personable demeanor.
- Experience with CRM systems is required; experience with ActiveCampaign CRM is a plus.
- Negotiation-level German and very good English skills.
