About the role

  • You make LinkedIn our primary B2B channel: With your sense for content, brand building, and target audiences, you play a key role in making loyos bi visible to relevant decision-makers and building trust.
  • Your work lays the foundation for turning attention into real leads and positioning loyos bi in the market as a modern, professional SaaS solution.
  • Build & manage B2B LinkedIn ABM: Define target accounts and implement personalized outreach. Tools like Sales Navigator or Expandi will support you.
  • Content creation for one personal and one company profile at a time: posts, slides, image series, videos, storytelling, and downloadables.
  • Lead-gen ads & webinar promotion: setup, targeting, A/B tests, conversion optimization – including running ads for lead generation, e.g., for webinars.
  • CRM integration: Automate lead transfer from LinkedIn into the CRM (ActiveCampaign) and document cleanly. Optionally set up marketing automations in the CRM if interested.
  • Reporting: Monitor KPIs (CTR, CPC, CPL, Leads/MQLs), derive learnings, and optimize content & campaigns.
  • Close collaboration with colleagues (management, marketing, product, sales) to develop relevant content and adapt it for target audiences.

Requirements

  • Minimum 4 years of experience in LinkedIn B2B marketing.
  • Experience from a (LinkedIn) agency? That would be a plus!
  • Proven track record in reach, engagement, and lead generation.
  • Proficient with LinkedIn tools such as Sales Navigator and Expandi.
  • Familiar with LinkedIn Campaign Manager, especially for lead-gen ads.
  • Enjoys copywriting (or ChatGPT is your best teammate): concise copywriting in German.
  • You know Canva inside out, have a good eye for design and experience in video production and editing.
  • Experience with CRM systems and an understanding of the importance of clean data flows.
  • You are self-driven, structured, reliable — and you follow the latest LinkedIn developments and trends, creatively incorporating them into our strategy.
