About the role

  • You will accompany our leads from the first contact through to a successful close — whether they come from our lead machine in Marketing or are proactively identified and developed by you.
  • You will handle initial contacts, conduct sales conversations and demos, and use your persuasive skills to secure successful closings.
  • Your goal is to establish loyos bi as a leading provider in financial and HR reporting and to successfully sell our two software products.
  • You are responsible for selling our two software solutions (Financial Management Suite and HR Reporting Suite) and supporting the execution of the sales strategy for our core target groups: mid-sized companies, private equity firms and portfolio companies.
  • Lead management: take ownership of, qualify and advance leads from our lead machine through to a successful close.
  • New customer acquisition: targeted identification and proactive outreach to potential customers to make loyos bi visible to relevant decision-makers and unlock new business opportunities.
  • Conduct initial meetings, discovery calls, demos and negotiations.
  • Build and maintain a reliable sales pipeline — typically engaging directly at C-level.
  • Close collaboration with Marketing, Product and Customer Success to ensure optimal customer support and fast time-to-value.

Requirements

  • You have at least 4 years of experience in successful B2B software/SaaS sales, ideally in the areas of finance, BI or HR analytics.
  • Finance knowledge is a strong advantage: it enables you to speak the language of CFOs and to engage with topics such as consolidation, reporting and KPIs.
  • Proven sales track record: you have closed deals, exceeded revenue targets and bring a solid network.
  • Strong closing orientation combined with persuasiveness, empathy and a personable manner.
  • Experience selling to mid-sized companies with direct decision-making processes — not complex corporate group structures.
  • Strategic mindset combined with a hunter mentality.
  • Experience with CRM systems is required; experience with ActiveCampaign CRM is a plus.
  • Negotiation-level German and very good English.
