About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Identify and prospect new clients through research, networking and various sales channels, maintaining a steady pipeline of opportunities.
- Conduct in-person visits to prospective and active clients, focusing on understanding needs, delivering value and strengthening trust-based relationships.
- Represent the company at events, trade shows and networking meetings, expanding connections and strategically promoting the brand.
- Lead meetings, presentations and product/service demonstrations in a clear, engaging and conversion-oriented manner.
- Understand client needs and develop customized solutions, tailoring proposals to each context.
- Negotiate contracts, pricing and timelines with a strategic perspective, ensuring balance between customer satisfaction and company profitability.
- Manage the sales pipeline with organization and an analytical outlook, using CRM to track opportunities and guide actions.
- Monitor the market, identify trends, map competitors and generate insights to improve commercial strategies.
- Work with a focus on goals and KPIs, ensuring consistent performance and direct contribution to company growth.
- Develop and maintain long-term client relationships, providing ongoing support and strengthening loyalty.
- Act collaboratively with marketing, customer service and other departments to ensure alignment and coherence in the company’s value proposition.
