About the role

  • Support clients in the implementation and/or expansion of software solutions
  • Serve as a reliable point of contact throughout the entire project lifecycle
  • Plan and conduct client workshops and meetings to capture and analyze requirements
  • Customize the software according to client needs using our in-house low-code development tools
  • Ensure complete documentation of project progress
  • Monitor the project budget within the software solution
  • Work closely with Sales and Accounting
  • Contribute your own ideas and support knowledge transfer
  • Receive training to become a module expert

Requirements

  • Strong affinity for software and IT solutions and their customization
  • Completed vocational training or a degree in Business Informatics, Facility Management, Project Management, Business Administration (BWL), or a comparable qualification
  • Ideally, professional experience in IT or software project management, programming, or CAFM (Computer-Aided Facility Management)
  • High willingness to learn and the ability to quickly get up to speed on new topics
  • Strong planning and organizational skills
  • Team player
  • Friendly, reliable, and confident manner in dealings with clients and business partners
  • Entrepreneurial approach to work
  • Very good German language skills, both written and spoken
