About the role
- Analyze and optimize logistics processes in close collaboration with process owners to identify improvements and requirements
- Drive implementation by closely coordinating with internal IT teams and external service providers
- Customizing and testing by adapting software processes as well as planning, executing, and documenting tests
- Support the deployment of new systems and ensure a smooth rollout of processes and tools
- Participate in tendering phases, including the preparation and evaluation of RFPs (requests for proposals)
- Train key users and conduct workshops for the introduction of new systems and processes
- Provide 2nd-level support by working closely with the site, internal IT teams, and service providers to resolve technical issues
- Coordinate interfaces and ensure integration between customer ERP systems and the WMS (Warehouse Management System)
Requirements
- Degree or vocational qualification in IT business administration, IT systems administration, logistics, or an equivalent qualifying qualification
- Basic knowledge of SQL
- Experience with warehouse management/control systems, preferably LFS from Ehrhardt Partner Group
- Knowledge of Atlassian products (Jira, Confluence, etc.)
- Willingness to travel up to 50%
- Very good German (C1) and good English (B1)
