About the role

  • Disciplinary and technical leadership and further development of the entire operational team
  • Overall responsibility for smooth operational processes
  • Ensuring compliance with all contractually agreed customer requirements (e.g., SLAs, quality and performance metrics)
  • Responsibility for workforce planning including capacity management and cost control
  • Management and monitoring of personnel costs (personnel expense cost item in cost accounting relative to contribution margin 1 - DB1/CM1)
  • Ensuring adherence to all legal and internal requirements regarding occupational health & safety and fire protection

Requirements

  • Completed vocational training or degree, ideally with a focus on Logistics or Supply Chain Management
  • Very good knowledge of the MS Office suite, especially Excel
  • Experience working with Warehouse Management Systems (WMS)
  • Practical experience using dashboards and BI tools to analyze and manage operational KPIs
  • At least 2 years of leadership experience in a comparable role
  • Very good German language skills (C1) and good English language skills (at least B1)
