About the role
- Design territory designations and prioritize programs based on market potential, competitive dynamics, and performance data.
- Own KPI reporting for agent programs; build dashboards and deliver insights to leadership.
- Develop targeted lead lists to ensure sales teams have qualified prospects.
- Work with product, business development, and operations teams to refine coverage, incentives, and workflows.
- Lead pilots of product features, workflows, and incentives; track results and document best practices.
Requirements
- 4-6 years of experience in revenue operations, business operations, consulting, or program management.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with advanced proficiency in Excel / Google Sheets.
- Familiarity with CRM and sales enablement platforms (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot).
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to work well with both executives and frontline teams.
- Equally comfortable analyzing data and executing hands-on work.
- Preferred Qualifications: Experience with SQL and BI Tools (Looker, Tableau) is a plus.
- Experience in sales enablement is a plus.
