• Raise awareness of the company’s products among healthcare professionals (HCPs)
• Conduct individual sales presentations, group meetings, and educational programs
• Make regular visits to customers in offices, clinics and pharmacies
• Inform HCPs on all adverse events and contraindications
• Report adverse events and other pharmacovigilance information as per requirements
• Provide regular product updates to HCPs
• Participate in annual strategic planning activities
• Plan and manage promotional and educational activities
• Ensure all promotional ventures are managed within compliance
• Maintain strong working relationships with customers
• Conduct activities to achieve and maintain formulary acceptance
• Monitor retail and government pharmacies for product availability
• Monitor competitive activity
• Attend medical and pharmacy conferences
• Maintain updated contact information for HCPs and KOLs
• Keep appropriate records related to responsibilities

Medical Sales Representative

Pharmacist

• Assisting the pharmacist in ensuring that Lowe’s delivers outstanding pharmacy services
• Receives and verifies prescriptions and refill requests in accordance with Lowe’s policies and procedures
• Accurately enters prescription information using the software provided
• Accurately prepares and labels medications
• Assist with prescription transfers, faxed prescriptions etc.
• Lead in inventory control: Order, price, enter invoices, monitor expiration dates and order quantities
• Ensure adequate working supplies are available – ink, labels, etc.
• Assist with processing insurances
• Assist with answering the telephones
• Assist with OTC requests and provide information where necessary
• Maintains awareness of the latest medications and their availability
• Keeps up to date with current pharmacy practices
• Meets at least the minimum requirements for licensure with the Bahamas Pharmacy Council (BPC)
• Be in good standing with the Bahamas Pharmaceutical Association (BPA)
• Keeps appropriate records relating to the discharge of his/her duties
• Executes any other reasonable duty assigned by management
