About the role
- Responsible for driving store and field execution of Lowe’s In-Home Selling Strategy to exceed sales and profit targets with the Territories assigned.
- Analyzes trends in data around the business and people/productivity performance to make changes that will positively impact business result.
- Leads structured sales training for new and existing sales team members from their area of responsibility and from other departments in the company.
- Actively inspects sales activity and effort among sales associates managed, ensuring that the quality and quantity of sales effort meet company expectations.
- Identifies deficiencies in skills among sales associates managed and works to improve individuals’ capabilities through coaching, development, and training.
- Recruits, hires and develops associates, utilizing company human resources guidelines and support resources.
- Proactively assesses, clarifies, and validates customer requirements and satisfaction by engaging key customer accounts in conjunction with sales personnel managed.
- Holds Territory Sales Managers (TSM) accountable to roles and responsibilities.
- Monitor service provider performance and support for their territories.
Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience
- 5-7 years experience leading sales professionals to deliver business results
