About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Help manage the annual strategic planning process and align on strategic objectives and key initiatives
- Drive accountability across strategic initiatives
- Concept, vet, model, and execute internal and external revenue-generating opportunities
- Communicate strategy through external investor presentations and Board of Directors materials
- Drive internal alignment and accountability through monthly roadmap meetings and OKR presentations
- Own key growth initiatives
- Coordinate with cross-functional stakeholders
- Ensure initiatives achieve specific milestones and KPIs
- Collaborate with product, content, finance, product marketing, technology, operations, PR, external stakeholders, Lovevery’s VP of Strategy and Business Development, and cofounders
- Present at Board of Directors’ meetings
Requirements
What you’ll need- BA or BS undergraduate degree with a proven track record of high academic achievement at top tier college
- MBA is optional
- 3–5 years of experience at a top management consulting firm (Bain, BCG, McKinsey), investment bank, or in strategic planning and business development, especially within consumer-facing industries
- Experience consistently meeting or exceeding goals
- Strong understanding of the consumer landscape and macro environment
- Strong written and oral communication skills
- Experience working with senior leaders and external stakeholders
- Strong Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint skills
- Google Suite proficiency
- Curiosity and investment in learning about AI and driving AI implementation across the organization
- Ability to balance multiple priorities in a fast-paced, mission-driven environment
- Team-oriented approach and alignment with Lovevery’s mission and corporate values
