About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Maintain strong relationships with wholesale partners to deliver growth
- Work with large retail partners to understand needs, coordinate end-to-end processes, and maximize business opportunities
- Liaise between wholesale partners and internal teams on new product launches, forecasting, shipments, and advertising
- Plan, coordinate, and execute new product launches at wholesale partners
- Collaborate with product development, marketing, operations, supply chain, and leadership teams
- Develop graphics and audit product pages for content quality and optimization
- Oversee wholesale shipments, order processing, purchase order allocation, and on-time fulfillment
- Support integration details and implementations
- Manage and maintain product catalogs across retail partners and regions
- Use AI tools and automated workflows for forecasting, data analysis, order processing, inventory allocation, and partner communications
- Oversee marketing materials and product inserts
- Develop onboarding frameworks for new retail partners and emerging channels
- Analyze channel performance and build strategies to maximize revenue per account
- Audit wholesale financial chargebacks with the Accounting Team
- Prepare weekly and monthly sales reports and identify reporting automation opportunities
Requirements
What you’ll need- Bachelor's Degree
- 5+ years in wholesale experience
- Experience in consumer products or with large retail partners ideally
- Strong leadership skills with a track record of securing wholesale revenue and overseeing accurate fulfillment
- Experience tracking campaign performance metrics including CTR, conversions, engagement, and A/B tests
- Ability to identify improvement areas and suggest actionable performance insights
- Excellent written and verbal communication and presentation skills
- Impeccable attention to detail and an action-oriented mindset
- Entrepreneurial mindset with a creative and resourceful approach to problem-solving
- Reporting experience and an analytical mindset
- High proficiency in analytics tools and retailer portals, including Retail Link, Target POL, Vendor Central, Looker, and Google Sheets/Excel
- Strong relationship-building, communication, and interpersonal skills
- Ability to influence teams across an organization
- Ability to think and react in a fluid, fast-paced environment
- Availability to collaborate across time zones when needed
