About the role
- Own and exceed a partner-sourced quota focused on net-new large enterprise accounts.
- Drive co-selling motions with hyperscaler field teams to source, progress, and close multi-million-dollar data and AI consulting engagements built on Databricks.
- Target strategic accounts that fit Lovelytics’ sweet spot for Databricks + cloud transformation projects, especially in high-growth and high-value industries.
- Lead the sales cycle from partner-introduction to close, working alongside internal solution architects, delivery leads, and executive sponsors.
- Leverage partner programs and funding (MDF, Accelerate, ECIF, MAP, co-sell incentives) to accelerate deal velocity and improve win rates.
- Consistently forecast partner-sourced pipeline and revenue with accuracy and discipline.
- Develop deep, trusted relationships with cloud partner account managers to align on target accounts and joint sales strategies.
- Be the face of Lovelytics in the field with AWS, Azure, and GCP sellers, driving credibility as the partner they bring into competitive, high-value opportunities.
- Activate joint GTM plays for key cloud + Databricks initiatives, including industry-specific solutions, migration programs, and GenAI/ML workloads
Requirements
- 12+ years of experience in cloud/data/ISV ecosystem consulting — Databricks experience strongly preferred
- Proven track record of hitting or exceeding partner-sourced sales targets
- Experienced in developing partner programs, securing partner funding, and executing joint go-to-market motions with major cloud providers
- A relationship builder with strong executive presence — equally comfortable influencing C-level partners and inspiring internal teams
- A self-starter with a high-growth mindset and hunger to build and scale a modern partner sales engine
- Proven track record of handling multiple partners and partner programs across worldwide geographies and time zones
- An excellent communicator, collaborator, and brand storyteller
- Bachelor's degree from an accredited college or university
- A willingness to travel (approximately 25%)
