About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Develop and execute key account strategies to drive growth across high-value accounts in EMEA.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with decision-makers, positioning Lovehoney as the preferred partner.
- Manage strategic activities with our key customers, including annual business reviews and contract negotiations.
- Ensure optimal product positioning and complete portfolio coverage.
- Work closely with account managers to align on key account strategies and oversee execution.
- Partner with internal teams to leverage customer insights and enhance product offerings.
Requirements
What you’ll need- Proven experience managing large, high-value accounts within the consumer goods industry.
- Expertise in negotiating complex, multimillion-euro contracts.
- A consultative, customer-centric approach with strong analytical and strategic thinking skills.
- Ability to influence and build relationships with C-level stakeholders.
- A solutions-oriented mindset with the ability to execute quickly and effectively.
- Willingness to travel up to 80% across EMEA.
- Fluent in English, both written and spoken; additional languages such as German, or Polish are a plus.
