About the role
- Build and own the global brand strategy, positioning, and value proposition for the Health & Wellness portfolio.
- Act as the central brand lead, connecting global teams across Product, Marketing, PR, Commercial, and Regional Marketing.
- Lead the development and rollout of integrated global marketing plans, ensuring consistent brand expression across all touchpoints including product, packaging, content, retail, digital, and PR.
- Manage and execute global product launches within the health & wellness category, including campaigns, POS merchandising, and digital marketing initiatives.
- Lead cross-functional project management with internal and external partners across multiple countries and subsidiaries.
- Leverage consumer research, data, and trend analysis to inform brand strategy and decision-making.
- Support regional markets with clear brand guidance, frameworks, and toolkits to enable strong local execution.
Requirements
- 3–5 years’ experience in marketing and project management, ideally within wellness, beauty, FMCG, lifestyle, or health-related categories.
- Strong understanding of brand strategy, positioning, and integrated marketing campaigns.
- Proven experience managing cross-functional projects independently and proactively.
- Strong capability in briefing and managing internal and external creative agency partners.
- Strategic and commercial mindset, with the ability to develop and execute brand and product portfolio strategies.
- Strong analytical skills, with experience interpreting market research and financial data to inform decisions.
- Experience launching or scaling brands or sub-brands is highly desirable.
- Strong communication skills, with the ability to clearly present ideas and influence stakeholders.
- Experience working with international markets (e.g. UK, France, US) is a plus.
