About the role
- Serve as the primary HR contact, providing expert support to both staff and management.
- Oversee the entire employee lifecycle, from onboarding to offboarding, including absence management.
- Maintain HRIS databases and ensure accuracy in employee records.
- Manage payroll processes and ensure compliance with compensation, deductions, and benefits.
- Contribute to global HR projects and strategy, ensuring alignment with our company goals.
Requirements
- In-depth knowledge of HR best practices, employment law, and HRIS management.
- Strong experience in handling complex employee relations issues and implementing HR policies.
- Proven ability to contribute to HR projects and initiatives that align with organizational needs.
- Analytical skills with the ability to leverage HR metrics for decision-making.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and manage multiple priorities.
