As the ecommerce lead for AU/NZ, own end-to-end customer experience, tailored offers, product heroes, and optimised customer journeys.
Execute regional ecommerce campaigns and promotions, manage website content updates, track and analyse ecommerce KPIs, and conduct A/B testing.
Partner with supply chain, merchandising, Customer Care, and Warehousing to align stock availability and resolve customer issues.
Provide reporting on sales, campaigns, and product performance and contribute to AU/NZ ecommerce strategy.
Champion process improvements including integrating AI-driven solutions and mentor junior team members supporting development.
Requirements
4+ years’ experience in ecommerce trading or digital merchandising.
Strong commercial acumen with proven ability to evaluate offers, forecast promotions, and balance revenue with margin impact.
In-depth understanding of key ecommerce metrics and proven success in influencing them.
Hands-on experience with GA4 (essential); knowledge of Contentsquare, Salesforce, Amplience, or similar tools is an advantage.
Highly analytical mindset with the ability to turn insights into tangible actions.
Excellent collaboration and stakeholder management skills, with confidence to lead and influence across teams.
A detail-oriented, customer-first approach with a passion for creating engaging digital experiences.
