  • As the ecommerce lead for AU/NZ, own end-to-end customer experience, tailored offers, product heroes, and optimised customer journeys.
  • Execute regional ecommerce campaigns and promotions, manage website content updates, track and analyse ecommerce KPIs, and conduct A/B testing.
  • Partner with supply chain, merchandising, Customer Care, and Warehousing to align stock availability and resolve customer issues.
  • Provide reporting on sales, campaigns, and product performance and contribute to AU/NZ ecommerce strategy.
  • Champion process improvements including integrating AI-driven solutions and mentor junior team members supporting development.

Requirements

  • 4+ years’ experience in ecommerce trading or digital merchandising.
  • Strong commercial acumen with proven ability to evaluate offers, forecast promotions, and balance revenue with margin impact.
  • In-depth understanding of key ecommerce metrics and proven success in influencing them.
  • Hands-on experience with GA4 (essential); knowledge of Contentsquare, Salesforce, Amplience, or similar tools is an advantage.
  • Highly analytical mindset with the ability to turn insights into tangible actions.
  • Excellent collaboration and stakeholder management skills, with confidence to lead and influence across teams.
  • A detail-oriented, customer-first approach with a passion for creating engaging digital experiences.
