About the role

  • **Main Responsibilities:**
  • - Support in developing and rolling-out a solid social media strategy, with strong content planning and storytelling frameworks on organic global social channels such as but not limited to Instagram, TikTok, Facebook.
  • - Management of global social media calendars and daily social operations across global social platforms ensuring timely content posting and fostering effective engagement with followers.
  • - Lead the creation and execution of social media content and activations (including social-led campaigns, IG Lives, social giveaways, etc), ensuring alignment with brand guidelines and marketing objectives. This includes filming and editing of content.
  • - Oversee community interactions by responding to comments and messages, and fostering meaningful engagement with our audience.
  • - Monitor, track, analyze, and report on social media performances using tools like Falcon IO and Tableau.
  • - Continuously test and optimize our organic social media channels, audiences, visual creatives, and copy.

Requirements

  • **Qualifications & Experience**
  • - 1-2 years of relevant work experience in social media management, preferably in a fast-paced environment or global context and preferably with managerial experience.
  • - Strong project management skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines.
  • - Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively across diverse teams and stakeholders.
  • - A performance-driven attitude with a hunger and thirst for results.
  • - Creative thinking and problem-solving abilities.
  • - A high degree of professionalism, work ethic, judgement and keen attention to detail.
  • - Familiarity with trends and best practices in social media, digital marketing, and content creation.
  • - Strong proficiency in a video-editing software such as Premiere Pro/Final Cut Pro/CapCut.
  • - Comfortable being in front of the camera.
  • - Experience in photography, videography, and basic graphic design will be a plus!
