About the role

  • Execute creative design projects, including digital and print assets for campaigns, social media, website, EDMs, and in-store visuals.
  • Develop visually compelling layouts, typography, and graphic compositions that align with Love, Bonito’s brand identity.
  • Support the marketing team with designs that drive engagement and conversions while maintaining aesthetic appeal.
  • Ensure all design outputs are cohesive, consistent, and reflective of the brand’s identity.
  • Explore and incorporate fresh design trends to keep content innovative and relevant to our audience.
  • Work closely with the marketing, e-commerce, and retail teams to bring creative ideas to life.
  • Actively participate in brainstorming sessions and contribute ideas to enhance campaign effectiveness.
  • Create motion graphics and animations to enhance social media content, product videos, or marketing campaigns if applicable.
  • Experiment with dynamic visual effects and short-form animations to elevate digital storytelling.
  • Leverage AI tools to improve efficiency and innovation in design processes.
  • Stay updated on AI-driven design trends and incorporate them as appropriate.

Requirements

  • Minimum 3 years of experience in visual design, ideally within the fashion, lifestyle, or e-commerce industry.
  • A strong portfolio demonstrating expertise in graphic design across various mediums.
  • Advanced proficiency in graphic design tools such as Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, and InDesign.
  • Strong understanding of design principles, including typography, layout, and color theory.
  • Experience in motion graphics and animation tools like Adobe After Effects or Premiere Pro.
  • Familiarity with AI design tools (e.g., MidJourney, Runway ML) or 3D design software.
  • Knowledge of UI/UX design principles is a plus.
  • Highly creative with a passion for visual storytelling.
  • Meticulous attention to detail and a commitment to producing top-quality work.
  • Ability to juggle multiple projects and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong team player with excellent communication and collaboration skills.
