About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Execute established sales processes to sell single-game tickets, group packages, and season memberships
- Contact prospective customers through outbound phone calls, emails, and in-person interactions following team guidelines
- Respond to inbound ticket inquiries and provide accurate information about pricing, availability, and promotions
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and sales activities in designated CRM systems
- Follow department procedures for processing payments and completing ticket transactions
- Collaborate with team members to achieve assigned sales activity goals
- Represent the organization at games, events, and community outreach initiatives as directed by management
- Escalate complex customer issues or pricing exceptions to a supervisor
- Support ticket sales efforts across multiple venues
- Deliver high-quality customer service and memorable experiences to fans
Requirements
What you’ll need- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Bachelor's degree in marketing, business, sports management, or related field is a plus
- Previous sales experience is a plus but not required
- Previous experience in sales or customer service is preferred but not required
- Eager to learn more about sales, customer service, and the sports industry
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Self-motivated, with a positive attitude and a strong work ethic
- Able to collaborate effectively in a team-oriented environment
- Proficient in Google Workspace (Docs, Sheets, Slides, etc.)
- Experience with CRM software, ticketing platforms, or event coordination is a plus
- Passion for sports and willingness to learn about ticket sales
- Interest in volleyball or the sports industry is beneficial
- Ability to operate a computer and use a keyboard, mouse, and video conferencing tools
- Ability to clearly communicate via video, phone, and written channels
- Occasional travel may be required for site visits and events
- Located in Minneapolis/St. Paul, Minnesota, United States
