About the role

  • Evaluate, prioritize, and make call on conferences, summits, and industry gatherings Lovable attends
  • Own the full lifecycle of event sponsorships: evaluation, negotiation, contracting, and execution
  • Determine right level of presence for each event
  • Own executive meeting programs
  • Serve as the central orchestrator across teams
  • Own the B2B industry event budget, tracking, and ROI measurement framework
  • Partner with Creative & Brand to develop all event assets
  • Drive pre-event awareness and attendance

Requirements

  • 8+ years in industry events, field marketing, or experiential event formats in a B2B environment
  • Experience owning significant event budgets, vendor relationships, and sponsorship lifecycles
  • Strong background in executive programs, high-touch field activations, and measuring event-sourced and event-influenced pipeline
  • Exceptionally organized with a high tolerance for complexity and ambiguity
  • A strong communicator who can align senior stakeholders
  • Self-directed, proactive, and high-energy
  • Genuinely excited about Lovable
