About the role
- Evaluate, prioritize, and make call on conferences, summits, and industry gatherings Lovable attends
- Own the full lifecycle of event sponsorships: evaluation, negotiation, contracting, and execution
- Determine right level of presence for each event
- Own executive meeting programs
- Serve as the central orchestrator across teams
- Own the B2B industry event budget, tracking, and ROI measurement framework
- Partner with Creative & Brand to develop all event assets
- Drive pre-event awareness and attendance
Requirements
- 8+ years in industry events, field marketing, or experiential event formats in a B2B environment
- Experience owning significant event budgets, vendor relationships, and sponsorship lifecycles
- Strong background in executive programs, high-touch field activations, and measuring event-sourced and event-influenced pipeline
- Exceptionally organized with a high tolerance for complexity and ambiguity
- A strong communicator who can align senior stakeholders
- Self-directed, proactive, and high-energy
- Genuinely excited about Lovable
