About the role
- Serve as the primary executive assistant to the CRO
- Own complex calendar management and strategic prioritization
- Coordinate and prepare materials for key meetings
- Track decisions and action items from leadership meetings
- Partner with GTM leaders to align schedules and priorities
- Support recurring operating rhythms such as quarterly planning
- Draft and manage internal and external communications
- Manage travel planning, expenses, and event coordination
- Improve systems and processes that enhance effectiveness
Requirements
- 6–10+ years of experience supporting senior executives (CRO, CEO, COO, or equivalent)
- Exceptional organizational and time-management skills
- Demonstrated expertise managing complex, high-volume calendars
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- High level of professionalism, discretion, and emotional intelligence
- Ability to anticipate needs and proactively solve problems
- Experience supporting revenue or go-to-market teams is a plus
