About the role

  • Develop and maintain detailed job descriptions and specifications in collaboration with hiring managers to attract the right talent.
  • Utilize our ATS effectively to track candidate progress, maintain accurate records, and generate reports on recruitment metrics.
  • Conduct thorough candidate screenings to assess qualifications and cultural fit, ensuring only the most suitable candidates move forward.
  • Coordinate interview logistics, including scheduling interviews, preparing interview materials, and communicating with candidates to confirm details, demonstrating exceptional organizational skills.
  • Ensure compliance with employment laws and regulations, maintaining confidentiality and ethical standards throughout the recruitment process.
  • Provide a positive candidate experience by maintaining clear communication, offering feedback, and ensuring timely follow-ups.

Requirements

  • 2+ years experience in a similar role, ideally in a global startup or fast-moving tech environment.
  • Strong communicator with exceptional writing skills, capable of facilitating clear communication both internally and, most importantly, with our candidates.
  • Self-organized, proactive and excellent at keeping multiple workstreams on track.
  • Growth-oriented and comfortable adapting to change in an evolving environment.
  • Passionate user of Lovable.
