About the role
- Develop and maintain detailed job descriptions and specifications in collaboration with hiring managers to attract the right talent.
- Utilize our ATS effectively to track candidate progress, maintain accurate records, and generate reports on recruitment metrics.
- Conduct thorough candidate screenings to assess qualifications and cultural fit, ensuring only the most suitable candidates move forward.
- Coordinate interview logistics, including scheduling interviews, preparing interview materials, and communicating with candidates to confirm details, demonstrating exceptional organizational skills.
- Ensure compliance with employment laws and regulations, maintaining confidentiality and ethical standards throughout the recruitment process.
- Provide a positive candidate experience by maintaining clear communication, offering feedback, and ensuring timely follow-ups.
Requirements
- 2+ years experience in a similar role, ideally in a global startup or fast-moving tech environment.
- Strong communicator with exceptional writing skills, capable of facilitating clear communication both internally and, most importantly, with our candidates.
- Self-organized, proactive and excellent at keeping multiple workstreams on track.
- Growth-oriented and comfortable adapting to change in an evolving environment.
- Passionate user of Lovable.
