About the role

  • Continuous monitoring and tracking of content creators across major social platforms.
  • Research, identification and assessment of influencers relevant to our projects and partner brands.
  • Evaluation of influencers’ reach, niche, authenticity and values, ensuring alignment with our objectives.
  • Management of deliverables, deadlines and active participation in collaborative projects with partner brands.
  • Collaboration with the creative and marketing teams to develop content strategies, identifying key moments and opportunities for impact.
  • Monitoring and analysis of performance metrics such as reach, engagement and campaign/partnership conversions.
  • Handling relationship challenges with influencers, such as scope changes, delays and conflicts, ensuring continuity of deliverables.
  • Coordination of influencers’ schedules and identification of opportunities for new content and partnerships.
  • Presence and support at events, recordings, competitions and travel involving influencers.
  • Understanding native slang and expressions used on social platforms, communicating in the creators’ "language."
  • Monitoring competitive esports scenes, football, skateboarding, Formula 1, lifestyle, traditional sports and other trends relevant to the LOUD community.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Social Communication (Journalism, Advertising, Public Relations), Digital Marketing or related fields.
  • Advanced English.
  • Experience managing content creators and influencer marketing campaigns.
  • Advanced knowledge of platforms such as YouTube, Instagram, TikTok and Twitch.
  • Ability to adapt and deliver results in fast-paced, dynamic environments.
  • Skills in analyzing social media performance metrics, strong communication, organization and deadline-management abilities.
  • Flexibility to support and attend in-person and digital events.
  • Proficiency with major planning, monitoring and analytics tools for social media and influencer management.
  • Up-to-date with the latest content trends and social media culture.
