Own the strategy planning, forecasting and reporting processes, providing clear and actionable insights.
Become the trusted finance partner to leadership, the commercial and product team.
Lead analysis on pricing, unit economics and cost optimisation initiatives across the business.
Lead and/or support the CEO on external matters such as: board meeting preparation, fundraising, investor relations, and M&A activity.
Play a key role in building out the function, including designing the tech stack from scratch and improving the planning cycles.
Define how finance supports and effectively challenges the wider business.
Create the models and narratives that drive how leadership evaluates opportunities and performance.
Implement robust cost and workforce management frameworks.

Requirements

5+ years of experience, ideally with some combination of strategy consulting and in-house finance or commercial roles.
A commercially sharp operator who has owned end-to-end business planning, forecasting, and performance management.
Comfortable operating at both strategic and executional levels.
Display strong analytical and modelling skills with deep understanding of revenue dynamics, relevant business metrics and financial statements.
Demonstrate strong business partnering skills, with the ability to challenge department heads and earn their trust.
Proven ability to lead complex, cross-functional initiatives and align senior stakeholders around shared objectives and priorities.
You’re confident in data analysis (SQL, building out dashboards, etc.).
