About the role
- Proactive lead generation: you search for and identify new prospective customers.
- Using our jointly developed sales strategy, you will independently drive outbound lead generation for our live training platform through outbound cold calling.
- Improve call handling and execution to achieve higher booking rates and better lead quality.
Requirements
- You have professional experience in telephone-based B2B sales / cold calling, e.g., in a call center or a role with extensive customer contact.
- You communicate effectively and professionally in both written and spoken German (C2) and English (B1+).
- You have completed vocational training or hold a bachelor’s degree.
