About the role
- Lead management & sales cycle
- Conducting discovery calls with prospective corporate clients
- Planning and delivering compelling live demos of our platform
- Managing the entire sales cycle: from first contact to contract signing
- Qualifying leads (approx. 80% SDR-generated, 20% own outreach)
- Preparing and following up on proposals and bespoke presentations
- Close collaboration with the Customer Success team for smooth handovers
- Proactive new business development
- Targeted outreach via email, LinkedIn and phone
- Identifying and approaching relevant target groups in HR and L&D
- Using CRM data and tools to prioritize leads
- Maintaining and expanding your own sales funnel
- Participating in events and networking opportunities for lead generation
- Strategic sales enablement
- Developing and using pitch decks & templates for different industries
- Continuously optimizing sales messaging and processes
- Sharing market and customer feedback with Marketing & Product teams
- Contributing to the development of our sales playbook
- Analysis & forecasting
- Leveraging CRM data for pipeline analysis and forecasting
- Documenting and reporting your activities in the CRM
- Analysing conversion rates & sales cycles to improve performance
Requirements
- Experience in B2B sales, ideally in SaaS, HR-tech or learning environments
- Passion for the full sales cycle – from the first email to closing
- Strong communication skills and a confident presence
- Self-driven, structured way of working with high personal drive
- Very good German skills, good English skills
- Experience with CRM systems (ideally HubSpot), Google Workspace, Slack
