About the role
- Proactive lead generation: search for and identify new prospective customers
- Drive outbound lead generation for our live training platform through outbound cold calling
- Generate sales-qualified leads through telephone prospecting
- Improve conversational approach and execution to increase booking rates and enhance lead quality
Requirements
- Professional experience in telephone-based B2B sales / cold calling, e.g., in a call center or in a role with extensive customer contact
- Persuasive, persistent, and confident
- Solution-oriented, analytical, and structured working style
- Effective and professional communication in German at C2 level and English at B1+ level
- Completed vocational training or a bachelor’s degree
