About the role

  • Proactive lead generation: search for and identify new prospective customers
  • Drive outbound lead generation for our live training platform through outbound cold calling
  • Generate sales-qualified leads through telephone prospecting
  • Improve conversational approach and execution to increase booking rates and enhance lead quality

Requirements

  • Professional experience in telephone-based B2B sales / cold calling, e.g., in a call center or in a role with extensive customer contact
  • Persuasive, persistent, and confident
  • Solution-oriented, analytical, and structured working style
  • Effective and professional communication in German at C2 level and English at B1+ level
  • Completed vocational training or a bachelor’s degree
