About the role
- Independently manage the email inbox (member inquiries, trainer requests, internal coordination)
- Prepare and enter training feedback
- Communicate with trainers about courses, follow-up questions and information
- Proactively send member emails (e.g., reminders, information, follow-ups)
- Make many small day-to-day decisions — confidently, pragmatically, and well-documented
- Gradually take full ownership (100%) of all incoming requests within your area of responsibility
Requirements
- Fluent in German
- Fluent in English
- Excellent written communication and email skills
- Proficient with Google Sheets and a solid understanding of software/tools
- 2–5+ years of relevant experience in customer service or a comparable support/enablement role
