About the role

  • Independently manage the email inbox (member inquiries, trainer requests, internal coordination)
  • Prepare and enter training feedback
  • Communicate with trainers about courses, follow-up questions and information
  • Proactively send member emails (e.g., reminders, information, follow-ups)
  • Make many small day-to-day decisions — confidently, pragmatically, and well-documented
  • Gradually take full ownership (100%) of all incoming requests within your area of responsibility

Requirements

  • Fluent in German
  • Fluent in English
  • Excellent written communication and email skills
  • Proficient with Google Sheets and a solid understanding of software/tools
  • 2–5+ years of relevant experience in customer service or a comparable support/enablement role
