Develop and own content strategy across all channels including website, LinkedIn, YouTube, podcast, and emerging platforms to build brand and drive pipeline
Oversee end-to-end content production by writing briefs, developing copy, directing agency partners, and ensuring quality control on all finished assets across organic and paid channels
Source and manage freelancers, agencies, and production partners to execute your vision while maintaining strategic direction and brand consistency
Conduct customer research and interviews to uncover insights that inform strategy and shape compelling narratives from complex technical concepts
Rapidly prototype and test new content formats and distribution strategies to discover what resonates, then scale what works
Establish scalable content processes and systems including brand voice, visual guidelines, templates, and performance measurement to optimize based on data
Requirements
Have experience building content strategy and production capabilities at B2B SaaS or AI companies, with a good sense of ‘quality’ across different formats
Built content programs from scratch and ability to develop strategy, source partners, write creative briefs, and oversee delivery of assets that drive engagement and pipeline
Excel at transforming technical concepts into compelling stories
Thrive on experimentation and iteration, and are willing to test unconventional approaches, measure what works, and pivot quickly based on learnings
