Requirements
What you’ll need- 5+ years of sourcing experience in a high-growth startup or technical recruiting context
- Actively using AI tools in your sourcing workflow
- Strong written communication
- Proficient with LinkedIn Recruiter and Boolean search
- Self-sufficient and organized
- Sourced for AI, infrastructure, or developer tooling companies
- Familiar with US and/or Australian talent markets
