About the role
- Take on a key role in the team for two years
- Shape the voice of the brands
- Responsible for designing and implementing integrated communication strategies and campaigns
- Translate complex topics into clear messages and storylines
- Act as the central point of contact for communication topics
- Define relevant KPIs and monitor performance
- Derive data-driven optimization measures
- Flexible working in full-time or part-time (80–100%)
Requirements
- University degree (Marketing, Communications, Media)
- At least 3–5 years of relevant professional experience in brand marketing/communications within the FMCG environment
- Expertise in managing traditional and social media
- Open mindset for innovative approaches
- Agile, creative-strategic mindset
- Strong analytical skills
- Ability to work cross-functionally, in a structured way and independently
- Communicative team player with assertiveness
- Ideally experience in brand management or brand experience
- Excellent communication and presentation skills in German and English
